LOVE CODE - 2 Day Workshop
1-2 November 2025 | The Sands Hotel, Sydney
We learn more about driving a car than how to relate to people
Most of us were never taught how to navigate the emotional terrain of relationships. We fall in love, then slowly drift into frustration, miscommunication, or quiet disconnection...without knowing how we got there, or how to get back.

Love Code is a two-day experiential workshop that offers a practical map for reconnection, with your partner, and with yourself.
You’ll learn how to:
-
Understand and shift your relationship patterns
-
Communicate with more ease, clarity, and respect
-
Navigate conflict without blame or shutdown
-
Rebuild emotional closeness and intimacy
-
Stay connected without losing yourself

What past participants are saying...
If you have the opportunity to attend one of Craig’s workshops, recognise it as golden and grab it. He is a person of immense wisdom, kindness, candor, truth and warmth. He’s also very funny. He shines a gentle light on the parts of ourselves that cause chaos and pain, and he has the egoless and profound skills to offer insight, direction and ultimately liberation. I can’t speak more highly of him as a therapist or a person. After being in his sphere I always feel enriched.

We attended the Love Code workshop needing some help to reconnect and communicate better within our marriage, and to learn some new tools to help prevent our marriage from becoming stagnant. Craig brilliantly and compassionately facilitated a warm, safe, receptive environment for us to get the support we needed, and to help open our hearts and minds to ways we can nurture our relationship. We would highly recommend this workshop to any couple having some struggles, or any couple wanting some help to prioritise and improve their relationship.
- Emma and Rob
Love Code isn't just a workshop; it's a transformative journey that has the power to deepen and enrich any relationship. We are immensely grateful for the experience and highly recommend it to any couple looking to strengthen their bond and reignite the flame of love.

What makes Love Code different?
Relational + experiential
(not just talking, but feeling)
Trauma-informed & body-based
(a safe space to explore deeply)
Grounded in decades of practice
(skilled therapists & Hoffman Process facilitators)
"Attending the Love Code workshop was an experience that surpassed all expectations. From the moment we were welcomed by two gentle and compassionate facilitators, Craig and Annie, we knew we were in for something special.
Throughout the workshop, we delved into the depths of ourselves and our relationship, uncovering layers we never knew existed. The facilitators skilfully guided us through this journey of discovery, fostering an environment of trust and openness.
One of the most impactful aspects of the workshop was witnessing the stories and journeys of the other couples. Each narrative served as a mirror, reflecting back valuable insights and lessons that enriched our own understanding of love and partnership."

What if my partner is hesitant? It’s very common for one person to feel more ready than the other. Resistance usually comes from fear—not lack of love. We suggest having an honest conversation: share what’s drawing you to the workshop, and invite your partner to explore the idea rather than commit right away. We also have a short video that introduces the experience in a non-threatening way—feel free to share it.
-
We've done therapy. How is this different?Therapy tends to focus on talking things through. Love Code is more experiential. You’ll still learn practical tools and communication skills, but this workshop is also about what’s happening beneath the surface—how old patterns play out, where protection kicks in, and how to rebuild safety and connection through presence, not just words. It’s deep, but it’s doable.
-
Is this safe if things feel tender or unresolved?Yes. In fact, this is often when Love Code is most needed. We create a space that’s trauma-informed, carefully held, and respectful of where each couple or individual is at. You will never be asked to share more than feels right for you, and there’s no pressure to perform or fix anything—just a gentle invitation to reconnect with what matters.
-
Do we have to share with the group? No. Participation is always optional, and you’ll never be forced to speak in front of others. Many exercises are done privately or with your partner. While some people do choose to share reflections during group check-ins, this is never expected. Your experience is your own, and we honour that.
